A club has a lot of groups, a lot of volunteers and one person who ends up doing the admin. Plek takes the registrations and payments off that person’s evenings.
A season is a series
Every training group becomes a series with its own coach and number of places. Members register for the season in one go. Someone who joins in November pays only for the sessions that are left, if you want it that way. Holiday camps and one-off clinics are separate sessions with their own price.
Returning members first
Before registrations open to everyone, you can give last season’s members a few days to claim their place. After that the rest of the places go on sale on the date you picked, and when a group is full the waiting list takes over.
Coaches and volunteers get only what they need
Roles decide who sees what. A youth coach sees the players in their own groups, their date of birth and the medical notes you choose to share, and takes attendance at the start of training. The treasurer sees payments. Nobody sees more than their role allows, and the check happens on the server, not only in the screen.

Can a coach train several groups?
Yes. A session or series can have more than one coach, and a coach can be linked to as many groups as needed.
What if a training group does not have enough players?
You can set a minimum number of participants per session. Plek warns you when it is not reached, or cancels the session automatically if you prefer.
Can members report that they cannot come?
Yes. They report an absence from their account, the place is freed for someone else, and you can hand out a make-up credit.
