For kids’ activities
Booking software for kids’ activities and holiday camps
With children’s activities the customer is the parent and the participant is the child, often more than one. Plek is built around that, from the booking form to the attendance list.
One account, several children
A parent makes one account and adds each child once. When they book, they pick which children are coming. Two children in different age groups go in the same checkout with one payment, and a sibling discount is applied from the second child if you offer one. Next term, the children are already there.
The details you need, only for who needs them
Ask for what matters for your activity, like allergies, a swimming level or photo consent, when parents book. The coach of a group sees those details for the children in that group. Emails never carry medical information, and parents can download or delete their data from their account.
Plans change, and the admin follows
A child is ill on Wednesday. The parent reports the absence, the place becomes free for someone on the waiting list, and you can give a make-up credit for another session. A parent who wants to switch to the Saturday group can move the booking themselves, within your rules.

Questions we hear
Do parents have to create an account before booking?
They make it during the booking. The first step asks for their email and phone number, or a Google or Microsoft login, and a code confirms the email address.
Can grandparents or a babysitter book?
Anyone can make an account and add a child. If the same child ends up in your list twice, you can merge the two records into one.
Which details can coaches see?
The children in their own groups, with name, date of birth, your internal notes and the fields you mark as visible to coaches, such as allergies. Never payment details.
