  • Series and terms

    Plan a whole term of weekly classes in one go. Parents book the full series, or single sessions if you allow it.

  • Full means full

    Set a maximum per group. Plek never books more children than there are places, even when two parents click at the same moment.

  • Waiting list

    Group full? Parents join the waiting list and hear from you as soon as a place opens up.

  • Trial classes

    Let children try a class first, then turn the trial into a booking for the rest of the series.

  • Check-in and attendance

    Tick off who’s there on your phone and keep an eye on no-shows over the term.

  • Coaches see their own groups

    Each coach sees only their own sessions and children, with the notes that matter. Payments stay with you.

What does Plek cost?

We keep pricing simple and fair for small studios. Drop us a line and we’ll tell you what it would come to for you.

Do parents need an account?

They don’t have to create one first. The booking form does that along the way; parents confirm their email address with a code and can log in later to see their bookings.

Can I keep my own website?

Of course. Link to your Plek page or place the booking form in your existing site, so parents stay with you.

I use Wix Bookings now. Is switching a lot of work?

Not really. You export your contacts and bookings from Wix and import them into Plek, so returning families don’t have to start over.

Who can see the children’s details?

Only the people in your team who need them. Coaches see the children in their own groups, never payment details, and emails never contain medical information.
