For yoga and Pilates studios
Booking software for yoga and Pilates studios
Your schedule has room for twelve mats and your students book from their phone the evening before. Plek keeps the two in step, takes the payment and tells you who is coming.
Drop-in classes and courses in the same schedule
Most studios run both. A Tuesday evening flow that anyone can drop into, and an eight-week beginners’ course that people commit to. In Plek the course is a series. Students book all eight weeks at once, and if you allow it, the sessions of that series can also be booked one at a time by someone who only wants to try. Workshops and weekend intensives are single sessions with their own price.
A full class stays full
Each class has a maximum. When the last mat is taken, the class shows as full and new students go on the waiting list. When someone cancels within your cancellation policy, the first person on the list gets an email and a limited time to take the place, and you do not have to do anything.
Teachers see their own classes
A teacher who gives two classes a week gets a login that shows those two classes and who is booked into them, with any notes about injuries you want them to see. Payments and the rest of the studio stay out of view. At the start of class they tick people off on their phone.
What helps most
Questions we hear
Can students buy a ten-class card?
Class passes and subscriptions are being built now. The booking side already knows how to use them, and the screens to sell them are almost done. Until then, most studios sell a course as a series.
What happens when I have to cancel a class?
Everyone booked into it gets an email. You can then move their bookings to another class, or refund the payment.
Does it work with my own website?
Yes. Paste the booking widget into your WordPress or Wix site, or link to your own Plek page.
